Hello KMS Families - we need you! In order for our field trips to be approved, we must meet the 1:10 student/chaperone ratio. Therefore, if 100 students are going on a field trip - we need 10 adults. We cannot use faculty/staff for all 10 chaperone spots.
There is a process to be approved as a PGCPS chaperone/volunteer. Our PTSA has summarized the process well in the list below. Once you have completed the volunteer process - please fill out this VERY brief form so that we can put you on our list of approved chaperones/volunteers. If you are a PGCPS employee you do not need to complete this process - please just fill out the form so you are on our list as a resource. Thank you
