Here is how to access your PGCPS email account

Reset online: Visit https://idm.pgcps.org/ and follow the steps to reset the password. 

If you cannot reset online: New students and those unable to change passwords online should send an email to their school’s password administrator with the student’s full name, grade and student ID number to receive credentials for log-in. View a list of password administrators by school here.
