PRE-K: (Items needed for Registration)

2 Current Pay Stubs (If both parents/guardians work, pay stubs are needed from both parents/guardians)

Parent Identification
Birth Certificate
Immunizations (First of each shot)
Current Lease

If you have lived at the address over a year, please supply a letter from the Complex Manager.

NOTE: If you are not the lease holder you need to have a Shared Housing Form- Notarized and signed prior to registering with 2 pieces of mail.

KINDERGARTEN: (Items needed for Registration)

(Children born September 2, 2013 through September 1, 2014 who have a birth certificate from outside the U.S. or have a home language other than English will begin their registration for Kindergarten at the International Student Counseling Office. (Exception: students currently in Pre-K). Please call for an appointment: 301-445-8460.
