Vision Statement

The vision of Suitland Elementary School is an environment where students can demonstrate their Panther PRIDE (Peace, Respect, Involved in Learning, Daring to be Different and Environmentally Aware).  We are committed to maintaining our clear and focused mission of creating a safe and orderly environment where the diverse learning needs of all students will be met in order to prepare them to become lifelong learners capable of competing in a global society.

The teachers and staff are committed: 

• Providing rigorous instruction that incorporates an integration of content
• Demonstrating performance-based learning with real-world applications
• Ensuring that the total school environment integrates Panther PRIDE to ensure the academic, social, and emotional needs of every learner are met
