    Chesapeake Bay Trust Grant Winner
    We have been awarded nearly $4000 for our 5th grade students to participate in a Field Study at Patuxent Research Center and then build a rain garden at school. The Trust is funded by sales of Maryland’s Protect the Chesapeake license plate which each year allows more than 80,000 Maryland students to get outside and learn through hands-on experiences. To find out more about the Bay plate, please visit Bay plates only cost $20 and you can change to a Bay plate anytime to help support additional field trips for Maryland students.

    • Picture Make Up Day
      Picture make-up day is Thursday, December 2nd.  Only students who did not have their picture taken on 10/21 will be photographed.  Students having their picture taken do not have to wear their uniform.

    • School Meals Will Be Free to All - Please Read

      Meals will be free for all students regardless of meal benefit status for school year 21-22.
      Students will receive breakfast and lunch in school and a pre-packaged after school supper meal to take home. 
      Virtual students will be assigned a location to pick up a weekly meal box. 

      By extension, eligibility for school meals is used to determine eligibility for Pandemic-Electronic Benefit Transfer (P-EBT) and other district sponsored programs.  Parents should complete the meal benefit application online. Eligibility information may be used to qualify newly eligible children for SY21-22 and summer 2022 P-EBT benefits .

      Prince George’s County Public 
      Schools has partnered with an outside
      Before and After 
      Care vendor, Champions, to serve our community. 

      To determine program needs, Champion is requestingthat interested families
