The PGCPS FY24 Educational Facilities Master Plan
This FY2024 Educational Facilities Master
Plan (EFMP) is a rewrite of the FY2017
EFMP. The State of
Maryland requires this document to be submitted annually to lay the foundation for the
subsequent Capital Improvements Plan
(CIP). The format is intended to make a
readable document that focuses on the key
policies, environmental and community inputs, accomplishments, challenges, and proposed actions. The FY 2024 Staff Recommended EFMP and appendices are available below.
